Funk has evolved into new forms in the last couple of years. Imagine a cyborg hybrid of Hudson Mohawke's bangin' beats, the bouncing boogie of DāM-FunK combined with screaming synthesizer solos a la Herbie Hancock. This would be the synth virtuoso Pomrad! He'll be performing with his trio: a drummer, keyboardist and him on keytar, synths and talkbox.
