Penny Longstaff (GB)

Penny Longstaff has been working with Involved Productions, the management, publishing and label organisation run by U.K. trio Above & Beyond, for four and a half years. She is currently Head of Album Production and Song A&R for their Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep record labels, product managing physical LP manufacture, distribution and marketing for the likes of Above & Beyond, Yotto, Moon Boots and Andrew Bayer. In her role as Head of Song A&R, she is responsible for sourcing upcoming vocal talent and working with publishers for top line features with the ever growing roster of Anjuna and Involved Management clients.
