PDG is a DJ who’s disregard for genres and boundaries lead to a personal connection of references from the UK’s underground music scene through to world influences ranging from sparse polyrhythmic moody dance floor bangers through to other worldly synths and pulses. With a disdain for the obvious selection, music with a depth of provocative frequencies and meaning carry more weight in PDG’s record bag than anything founded on hype and fake news. Founder and resident at Liverpool’s Sound System club night ‘Less Effect’, PDG. has supported the likes of Kode 9, Benny Ill, Objekt, Addison Groove, Mumdance and many others, leading to sets at Outlook festival and other clubs around the UK. Expect to hear plenty of dubs, the odd classic and a mixture of whatever else is sounding good in between at the time!
