Nigel Harding (GB)

Nigel Harding is the Global VP of Artist Marketing at Deezer, where he leads the global Artist Marketing team. He is responsible for developing strategies and tactics to drive listening and fan growth through artist-driven initiatives. Nigel and his team work directly with artists, labels and managers on a number of campaigns, including Deezer NEXT - an artist first program designed to support emerging artists around the world.

Nigel brings over 20 years of music industry experience, and has held senior positions at Sony and BBC. Before he joined Deezer, he was the co-Director at Sony Music UK’s Nothing Else Matter Records and handled label management and A&R for dance music. During this time, he also spent two years as a freelance playlist curator at Apple Music. Prior to that, he spent nine years at BBC and supervised Radio 1’s mainstream music output, booking Live Lounge and Big Weekend.
