Neil DeGuzman (DE)

Speaker
It all started 20 years ago in Vancouver, Canada where Neil first got into the music business at an indie-label & artist management company called Nettwerk working with singer-songwriters and bands. He signed his 1st electronic artist, Tiesto shortly after which prompted a relocation to LA and is where he also joined the team working with Coldplay during their 1st album, Parachutes. After a decision to focus purely on electronic music, Neil formed his own company called Republik where he signed Sander Kleinenberg and a move to Amsterdam followed shortly after. Neil re-incorporated Republik in Amsterdam which subsequently led to joining German-based AMM/Artist Alife. This prompted yet another move, this time to Berlin where he currently is based and runs the artist management division of AMM which is the home of a variety of artists consisting of Guti, Chris Liebing, Gregor Tresher, Lollino, Loco Dice & Marcel Dettmann.
