Marcel Bunders (NL)

Marcel Bunders is active as an attorney-at-law since 1986 with copyright and media law as specialisation. In 1997 he established Hellingman Bunders Advocaten in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Marcel has extensive experience in the fields of entertainment, media, trademark, contract and competition law, advising and representing (a.o.) music companies, artists, music publishers, concert promoters and venues and artist and DJ agents. He has published a variety of articles on the subject of entertainment law and is a member of the board of the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL).
