Urbi et Orbi is an audio-visual collective founded in 1999 by Thomas Bouvy and Maaike Engels.
our work combines traditional art forms with new media.
as artists/ producers we are active in various fields of entertainment, working with theatre-companies, nightclubs, fashionbrands, tv-stations and fellow artists. We perform live (as a dj/vj team), deliver content for- and design innovative video-installations and make clips, animations and short films on both a commercial as well as on a non-commercial basis.
