Lucas Matteo (NL)

Meet Lucas Matteo Versteeg, a 23 year old house DJ.

It all started when he was only 11 years old and a small traktor controller from his father that intrigued him, together with hours and hours on YouTube watching DJ sets, a passion was born.

From this moment this passion grew into his hobby and eventually: a side-job. First he played at some partys for friends, then people he knew vaguely hired him until he got booked for multiple weddings, birthday’s and local events. But in this upcoming side-job, a passion was lost. A passion called: EDM music. Throughout the years he listened and played a lot of EDM genres, hence his wide range of genre knowledge. But the one genre remained, house music.

After a visit in Valencia his passion was found again, playing in several clubs and festivals, it was a huge succes. Now, back in The Netherlands, he’s focussed in the groovy/minimal house scene. This all still with a touch of Spain.

You can recognize Lucas with his wide range of house knowledge, his unique tracks and his lively vibe behind the desks. A dancing crow is guaranteed.
