Leo Liu ()

Mr. Leo Liu is a partner at INS, an innovative operator of entertainment and commercial complexes. The company manages popular destinations such as INS Lsnd in major cities including Shanghai and Chengdu, with Beijing and Shenzhen opening in 2027. These complexes offer a wide variety of cultural and entertainment experiences, including bars, nightclubs, livehouses, esports tournaments, and stand-up comedy shows, and are highly popular among the new generation of consumers.



Prior to joining INS, Mr. Liu was an investor at Boyu Capital, focusing on early-stage investments. He invested in Joopiter, the online auction platform founded by Pharrell Williams, and was responsible for overseeing all of its business operations in China. His professional experience spans multiple sectors, including real estate, film and television, and politics. In 2016, he served on the finance team on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign team, helping to raise over 1 billion USD. Mr. Liu holds a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and currently serves as President of the Harvard Club of Shanghai.
