With over 15 years of immersion in the electronic music universe, Klauss Goulart has established himself as an entrepreneur and a specialist in artist management. His journey at Plusnetwork, where he rose from National Booker to International Booker and, later, Partner, was marked by the organization of highly successful tours for global icons like Armin van Buuren, Steve Angello, David Guetta, and Black Coffee, in addition to the strategic career development of prominent national artists such as Curol and Gui Boratto. This deep experience at the forefront of the industry culminated in the founding of his own agency, Panorama X.

In January 2025, Klauss launched Panorama X, directing its strategic focus toward the booming South American market. The agency was born already representing talents like Curol and Shimza for the region, as well as managing international caliber artists in Brazil such as Agents of Time and Steve Angello.
