Jay’s On – not just a name but also a sound you should keep in mind! Jürgen B., raised and born in Vienna (Austria) originally a successful economist decided four years ago to follow his dream. With absolutely no idea about how to play an instrument he went to buy himself turntables which he set up at the kitchen table in his apartment. After long hours of practicing & learning, it became pretty clear to him: " Electronic music is my life." 2012 he kicked off with some regional bookings. His enthusiasm and love to house music allowed him to grow very quickly in this fast moving industry. In 2013 he won Austria's biggest DJ contest powered by the international Radio station "Energy": The Rock The Island Contest. After this tremendous achievement bookings with international headliners like Mike Candys, Otto Knows, Martin Solveig & Format:B followed for Jay's On, the DJ with the disco helmet. In 2013 and 2014 he played at europe's largest open air festival in vienna: "Donauinselfest" and rocked as well "Baden in Weiss". 2014 he played at the Electric Mountain festival together with acts like Tube&Berger. Within the last three years he deejayed at the biggest and best clubs in vienna including Babenberger Passage, Lutz Club, Säulenhalle and Vienna's Afterhour Club No. 1: Goodmann. In 2014 Jay's On was elected as the austrian winner and representative for the world's biggest DJ Contest: Burn Residency. This gave him the chance to play for the first time at Ibiza. After the contest he returned for several weeks in summer 2014 to the white isle to play at different venues (e.g. Sands, Experience,...) and rounded his summer tour up with gigs in Italy & Germany.
