Inspired by artists such as Erick Morillo, Armand Van Helden, Robbie Rivera, Roger Sanchez , Sergio Fernandez, Carl Cox, Dave Rose and Michael Jackson, Jose's sound is a fusion of his Latin roots and current top house and tech tracks. Many of Jose's latest releases have had great success charting and charting high on Beatport and iTunes. J8man also remixed the Deep House star Robin Schulz in his track “Tutti" he then remixed Kylie Minogue “Love At A First Sight" which was got him some early public interest .J8man did collaborations and remixes for DJs like Robbie Rivera, Etienne Ozborne, David tort, Alaia & Gallo, Peter Brown, Jude & Frank. Jose then launched his label D2L Recordings where he has managed to link artists like Loko, Stefano Noferini, Robin Schulz and many more.
