Irfan van Ewijk (NL)

At the age of 21, Irfan, together with his partners Duncan and Theo (ID&T), organized his first large dance event ‘The Final Exam’ in the Jaarbeurs in Utrecht, the Netherlands. 10,000 visitors attended this first edition. Soon after the creation of ID&T, “Thunderdome” a worldwide phenomenon in the early 90ties was introduced. Thunderdome is acclaimed for its dedicated fanbase and the cultural movement it started. Celebrating its 30th anniversary this December, Thunderdome is more relevant than ever.
