Hoodia (IT)

Hoodia is an independent Italian electronic music collective founded in late 2023.
The project consists of DJs and music producers David, Simone, and Carmine.
Their latest remixes of “Formidable” by Stromae and “Closed on Sunday” by Kanye West reached No. 1 on the Hypeddit Afro House Chart. Their music has been supported by some of the most renowned DJs in the scene, including Black Coffee, Shimza, Fideles, Hugel, Adriatique, Sparrow & Barbossa, Regaard, Maxi Meraki, Pablo Fierro, Kasango, Alex Wann, Maesic, Moeaike, Gianni Romano, Sama, and many other rising talents—amassing over 25,000 downloads and more than five million streams. Over the past year, Hoodia has brought their sound to stages across Europe, performing in cities such as Naples, Caserta, and Milan, and expanding internationally to Ibiza, Nantes, Berlin, and Switzerland, where they played at Sunice Festival alongside top-tier artists like Fideles, Shimza, Marten Lou, Alex Wann, and Rivo. Starting in 2025, Hoodia released two original tracks on the label Villa Hangar and collaborated with Badbwoy on a track released via Subsonik.
