Henrik Olsen started his career in the Music Industry in 1997 as a co-label owner and producer in the Grammy Award winning house production team Brother Brown. Brother Brown had 2 UK top 20 productions with their own single “Under the Water” feat, Frank’ee which was released by Warner Brothers and went top 20 in the UK in 2001 and the Brother Brown produced Pet Shop Boys single “Drunk” which went top 10 the year after. “Under the Water” was used by Amnesty International for a global anti-rascism campaign. In 2003 Brother Brown produced the remix for Madonna’s James Bond theme song “Die Another Day” that ended up being used in the video for North America. Other Brother Brown production credits count the names of Boy George, Avril Lavigne, Cher, Deep Dish, Danny Tenaglia, Murk. In 2010 Henrik Olsen together with the Scandinavian publisher Artpeople released the book “Sirene”, written by the million selling author Lene Kaaberbol. “Sirene” featured a soundtrack with an mp3 player inside the book and the songs were sung by the german platinum singer Aura. The release was awarded with the Cultural Innovation Prize in Denmark. Since 2010 Henrik Olsen has been managing producer and DJ Rune Reilly Kölsch, including his very successful Kompakt records signed techno outlet “Kölsch”.
