Henley Halem (US)
Artist manager and A&R at TMWRK Management. Born in Los Angeles, California and raised in the Washington, DC area, Henley’s career in music began in 1998 as a DJ, touring and working at NYC-based record store, Fat Beats. Naturally taking on management roles, Halem’s early notable clients range from The Beatnuts and hip-hop producer Emile Haynie to Jurassic 5 and Kid Cudi. He soon went on to co-own the urban based marketing company Movement Marking, where he worked on projects for the likes of 50 Cent, DipSet, Blink 182, Gwen Stefani and et al, before becoming Director of Marketing at Imperial / Capitol Records, and Senior Director of A&R at Ultra Records and Ultra International Music Publishing. In 2014, Henley merged his management firm, HRH Music Group, with Andrew McInnes and Kevin Kusatsu’s TMWRK Management. Since joining TMWRK, Halem has established himself as an A&R for some of today’s hottest artists and as an artist manager, representing Branchez, Bro Safari, Flosstradamus, ILOVEMAKONNEN and Valentino Khan.
