Erin van Oeveren (NL)

Erin is an Artist & Label Development Manager at Sony Music Entertainment, where she works closely with both emerging and established artists. She began her career in 2021 at Protocol and Revealed Recordings, where she learned the ins and outs of the industry. At LASER, a sub-label of Sony Music, she built a platform for independent artists and worked with talent at all levels. Later, as an A&R Manager at Sony Music Entertainment, she guided artists in the areas of music, branding, and marketing. Now, she supports artists and labels in developing their careers and plays a key role in establishing AWAL in the Netherlands. With her passion for music, she helps talent grow, tell their stories, and explore new directions.
