Eli Iwasa is one of the most important and respected players in Brazil’s electronic music industry - owner of two relevant clubs in São Paulo, Caos and the awarded Club 88, one of resident DJs at Warung Beach Club, she excelled both as a in-demand DJ and as an entrepreneur. Eli played a fundamental part in the Brazilian scene development since its early days, both running and curating clubs and events such as the legendary Lov.e Club - she has now been responsible for a wide transformation of the scene in the State of São Paulo, most specifically in the city of Campinas, which she helped turning into a dance music hotspot in her home-country, bringing A-Class artists to a city outside São Paulo’s grounds — always promoting and believing in techno and its strands.
