Records, DREXC has long been a crucial figure in the underground scene in CDMX. His influences began with the sound of Underground Resistance, Front 242, Tresor Records, Hardhouse, Transmat, sounds that marked him as a true lover of Detroit and Berlin Techno.

Since his beginnings as a DJ in 1998 and through the years, he began a strong connection with Detroit artists and collectives: UR, Detroit Techno Militia, G. Mitchell, Scan 7, ICAN, Nuestro Futuro Records, working shoulder to shoulder to create a series of strictly underground parties in CDMX.

His passion and love for the vinyl format led him to put together a great collection. His skills behind the turntables and a genuine commitment to the scene have built DREXC's solid reputation, carrying the Vocoder collective's banner to other countries, performing as a DJ in cities such as Berlin, Amsterdam, Valencia, Stockholm, New York, Los Angeles and his beloved city of Detroit [Tec-Troit Festival]. He has shared the stage with Mark Flash, Santiago Salazar, Esteban Adame, Dj Roach, K1, Joey Beltram, Shawescape, Suburban Knight, DJ T-1000, Amotik, Claude Young, Drivetrain, Los Hermanos, Suburban Knight, Blake Baxter.

The mission and vision of DJ DREXC a.k.a. Irving Vázquez is creating a series of high-quality, non-mass events to transmit the true essence of the Techno sound, with artists from the collective and from various parts of the world. This has led him to create a series of events that have gained great relevance in Mexico City, the United States and Europe: IN TECHNO WE TRUST.
