DJ See-More (NL)

Artist

Moris de Boer, aka See-More, was born in Rotterdam in 1974 and discovered his love for music and mixing at a young age. Growing up in the vibrant era of breakdance, hip-hop, and the very first house tracks like James Brown Is Dead and Felix, Moris was immediately drawn to the energy of the underground scene.

As a teenager, he started exploring the nightlife in iconic Dutch clubs like Parkzicht and the legendary Energiehal, where the unity of the crowd and the raw, powerful music left a deep impression on him. Inspired by DJs like Gizmo, The Darkraver, Panic, G-Town Madness, and many others, he set out to master the art of mixing himself.

Starting with basic JB System turntables and a Gemini 626 mixer, he spent countless hours practicing, recording 30-minute mixes, and pushing himself to improve. Later, with Technics SL1200s, his mixing became sharper and more precise. By the early 2000s, life took him in another direction, and he stepped back from DJing — though he never sold his beloved vinyl collection or equipment.

Years later, Moris reignited his passion when House Shed Records invited him to play a vinyl set. This sparked a series of livestream appearances with DJs like DJ Potato, Lady Error, Dazzler, E-Villian, and the Gizmo & Friends Fan Group. From there, he connected with Hendrik Hamminga, leading to his debut at Club Fox in Stadskanaal, where he had the honor of opening for G-Town Madness.

Since then, See-More has competed in DJ contests and performed at events including the Smashed Potato Festival, Kings of Core contest at the Suikerfabriek Groningen, Gizmo & Friends at PIP, and many other parties and livestreams. Whether playing for a packed venue, a small intimate crowd, or an online audience, Moris brings the same dedication and passion every time — creating moments where people can lose themselves in the music.
