Dick de Groot is the founder of Be Yourself Music, which he founded in 2005. Before setting up Be Yourself Music he was Head Of A&R at ID&T for their music division.
Over the years he has worked with artists such as: Bakermat, Brennan Heart, Fedde le Grand, Wildstylez, Dada Life, Headhunterz, Marco V, Rank 1 to name but a few.
Besides running Be Yourself Dick is also a board member of Dutch indie platform STOMP.
