CounterStrain (Formerly DJMD) has been a fixture in bringing UKG to the US rave scene for over 20 years!

Now living in San Juan, Puerto Rico, CounterStrain is redefining both UK garage and Latin-Caribbean music!

Blending Latin and Afro-Caribbean styles with UK Garage and House. Expect lots of syncopated rhythms, sexy vocals, and heavy bass lines!
