Chiara Badiali (GB)

Julie's Bicycle is a leading global charity bridging the gap between environmental sustainability and the creative industries. Chiara joined Julie's Bicycle in 2012 with a particular focus on getting the manifold stakeholders in the music industry on the same page when it comes to embedding environmental best practice in their activities, working on projects including Powerful Thinking in the UK and EE MUSIC across Europe.

Chiara holds a degree in Natural Sciences/History and Philosophy of Science from the University of Cambridge and has various former lives in cultural PR, live music promotions, and festivals including booking and producing the live music programme for the HowTheLightGetsIn Music & Philosophy Festival in Hay-on-Wye. When not in the Julie’s Bicycle office, she can still be found volunteering in the artist liaison teams for festivals.
