Charlotte Edgeworth (GB)
Charlotte is a senior leader in inclusion and social impact with experience across a variety of industries including music, mining, finance, retail, and the charitable sector.
In 2021 Charlotte joined Sony Music UK as their first Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Social Impact. In this role she leads on community programmes, charity partnerships and embedding equitable and inclusive practices across the company.
Charlotte started her career in marketing and moved through the not-for-profit sector into Corporate Responsibility, where she has worked as a consultant across social impact, diversity, equity and inclusion and environmental stewardship. She is an expert in strategic grant-making and has been a charity CEO as well as leading corporate foundations for global FTSE-listed organisations. She is Co-Chair of Youth Music, a national charity supporting grassroots music programmes across the UK.
