Celine HITTI is a dynamic music executive with over a decade of experience across the MENA/SWANA region and France, specializing in digital music distribution, artist development, and strategic marketing. As Head of Artist Services MENA at Believe, she has led groundbreaking campaigns and supported the careers of both rising and established artists, while pioneering initiatives tailored to the unique cultural and musical landscape of the region.

A passionate advocate for independent talent and gender equity in the music industry, Celine has built cross-cultural teams, launched artist education programs, and supported representation through her involvement in industry networks. She was recognized in Billboard Arabia’s “40 Under 40” list for her contributions to the regional music landscape.

In addition to her industry role, Celine teaches in the master’s program at MBA ESG Paris, where she shares her knowledge and experience with students in music business and strategy. Based-out of Paris, driven by a strong connection to the MENA/SWANA region, Celine approaches mentorship as a space for mutual growth, where creativity, culture, and lived experience shape meaningful guidance.
