Caroline Bottomley set up and manages Radar, an award-winning global network connecting record labels and artists to professional music video directors. Radar has over 10,000 subscribers and enables major labels, indie labels and independent artists worldwide to connect with talented directors working on affordable budgets. Caroline started her career as a successful promoter at 1500-capacity venue The Leadmill, Sheffield, UK. She then worked in TV production on many award-winning programmes and started Radar in 2007. She regularly speaks at events about music video commissioning and promotion. She is a judge for the UK Music Video Awards and curates for Arte’s Music Video of the Month. Radar-made videos have premiered on MTV, Stereogum, Vice, The Fader, AltSounds, Dazed Digital and have featured in press from The Huffington Post to hundreds of specialist music blogs.
