Camille Ferrand (FR)
Camille Ferrand is a Global Music Editor at Deezer, the 2nd leading Global independent streaming platform based in Paris.
Camille spearheads the curation of playlists that shape the listening experience for millions, ensuring that emerging artists find their voice in a crowded digital landscape. Her keen ability to identify new music trends and elevate them to international audiences has made her a linchpin in the global music community. With over a decade of experience deeply rooted in the festival and clubbing scene, Camille’s influence extends far beyond music platforms. Beginning her career at the age of 17 in the vibrant nightlife of her hometown, she now curates the programming for the Very club where her journey began. In addition to her DJ career under the name Camojada, her expertise has earned her a revered spot in the Barcelona electronic music scene, where she has shaped the city’s underground dance and disco culture by organising parties as the marketing lead of DROP Dance Society, a local promoter and independent label.
Prior to Deezer, Camille was an editorial manager at Vevo in London. During her three years there, she honed her skills in content and video production, mastering the craft of merging music with visual storytelling. This intersection of sound and imagery was not only a professional pursuit but also a personal passion that permeates her creative projects.
