In the early 2000’s Lasse produced melancholic downbeat in the group “LUFTKASTEL” with Danish electronica artist RUMPISTOL. The group never published their recordings, but several of their productions were released on RUMPISTOLS debut album from 2003. In 2002 he founded the progressive trance act PSYLESS GROOVE. The group produced experimental tribal music intended for the open-air scene. The audio palette was organic with a heavy use of modulated animal sounds. Psyless Groove released tracks on 12”s and compilations on IBOGA Records, Nano Beat, Nerwind, Domo etc. and played live sets in Scandinavia, Japan and Mexico. In 2009 Lasse released the swing-tech ep “Caravan Adaption” as BENNY BERIGAN on the Danish label MUSIC FOR DREAMS. The record was inspired by 1920’s swing music, and contained an interpretation of Duke Ellington’s classic tune Caravan. The tracks on the ep were highly praised within the electro-swing scene and have featured on a large number of compilations, radio and tv-shows.
