Bailey Small (US)

Bailey Small is a veteran A&R executive and music entrepreneur with a deep foundation in dance and electronic music. After a successful seven-year tenure at APG & Atlantic Records, Small has launched his own independent label, Kinetica Records.

At Kinetica, he continues to push boundaries in forward-thinking electronic music, overseeing releases from breakout and underground talents such as Beltran, HNTR, BLCKLGHT, TWENTY SIX, and more. His A&R instincts, sharpened from his early days as a DJ and producer, have helped shape projects across genres, contributing to two Grammy-nominated remixes, major releases from artists like David Guetta, Anyma, Vintage Culture, and Armand Van Helden and official remix work for chart-topping artists including Charli XCX, Don Toliver, Ava Max, and Charlie Puth.

Known for his keen ear, artist-first mindset, and ability to connect underground energy with mainstream appeal, Small remains a trusted force at the intersection of club culture and commercial music.
