Andy Daniell is a widely respected music executivewho leads Parlophone Records’ iconic dance label FFRR. Since Andy joined the label at the end of 2019, FFRR has enjoyed success withthe Grammy nominatedDiplo & SIDEPIECE’s “On My Mind”, Diplo & Miguel –Don’t Forget My Love, BURNS -Talamancaand Obskür’s “Bayside”. He hasalso welcomed artists such as Sam Gellaitry, Skin On Skin, James Carterand HIBELLto the FFRR family.This is addition to leading dance focusing output on Parlophone enjoying recent success with David Guetta & Bebe Rehxa –I’m Good (Blue) & Crazy What Love Can Do.

In 2021, Andy oversaw a rebrand of the label which included a refresh of its famous logo and introduced a new tagline-“Music That Moves You”. Created in partnership with celebrated graphic designer and legendary music, art and fashion designer Trevor Jackson, the new looks marksthe latest step in the company’s next chapter.

Andy joined from Defected Records, where he’s built a reputation as one of the best A&Rs and most respected executives in the dance community. He signed CamalPhat and Elderbrook’s song ‘Cola,’ which went on to have more than 550 million streams and earneda Grammy nomination. He isalso responsible for signing and developing: the No. 1 single, ‘Look Right Through’ by Storm Queen; ‘Freak Like Me’ by Lee Walker vs DJ Deeon and ‘Always’ by MK. He joined Defected Records in 2004, becoming their resident DJ at Ibiza’s El Divino, then global DJ for the brand, before establishing himself as a successful A&R leader.
