Andy Blackett (GB)

Andrew Blackett is a night club professional with over 15 years’ experience working in the industry. He’s currently Head of Promotions at London’s fabric where he’s been based for nearly 7 years programming the Saturday night. During this time he’s worked with world class talent from Ricardo Villalobos to Carl Cox and Nina Kraviz. After studying Event Management at Leeds University Blackett went on to cut his teeth running his own promotions at home and away in Ibiza, where he worked for some of the island’s flagship venues. On returning to the UK he then onto work his way up at Ministry of Sound to Head of Promotions from 2003-2010. During this time, as well as being responsible for the Saturday night programming, he also headed up the booking for MoS’s international tours.
