Before joining Discogs in 2014 as a consultant, he held positions at two Fortune 500 Companies (Wyndham Worldwide and Target Corporation), where he discovered his love for bringing people together to carry out an organization's mission. Alfred then began working full-time for Discogs in 2015 and has enjoyed being a part of a community that has achieved excellent user growth, eclipsed several database milestones, and built the world's premier marketplace for music collectors.
