For the last five years, Ailsa has managed teams and strategic online projects at Rising Digital. Rising Digital is a group of like-minded individuals who decided early on that the corporate way isn't always 'the way'. The team love their tunes, arguably as much as they love social media. So, what does Rising do? It does digital stuff for music people. Take that as you will. Five years in, and it’s worked with every major record label, a whole bunch of indie ones and some of the most internationally successful artists and bands of the last decade. Ailsa's role focuses on the directing of both the UK and LA accounts and their teams. To date she’s successfully implemented digital and social strategy for the likes of Sasha, Calvin Harris, Axwell and Axtone Records.
