Aaron Meola is a deeply versatile force in the music industry. He’s an expert in sync licensing, artist management, and music tech with a track record that spans underground acclaim to startup leadership. As Head of Customer Success at DISCO, he’s built a reputation for translating complex workflows into elegant SaaS solutions, and driving real results for artists, labels, and music companies. He’s spent the past several years working inside high-growth SaaS startups, bringing customer-centric thinking to product development, partnership building, and team operations. He also made a name for himself as a club promoter, running the electronic music collective Dropping Gems.

Prior to DISCO, he worked in Artist Management helping acts like Gossip, Lower Dens, and Natasha Kmeto. As Label Manager for Tender Loving Empire, he released one of NPR’s Top 50 Albums of 2016 and had multiple Billboard charting releases. His work with Y La Bamba earned a A2IM Libera Award for Best Latin Album, and his early 2010s Gem Drops compilations reached #1 on Bandcamp, cementing his role as both curator and connector in the independent music space.
