Aaron has worked in the music industry for the past 20 years. He started out in the world's not quite biggest boyband (3 hit singles and a flop album) before enjoying a number of roles across both the records and publishing side of the industry.

Aaron joined the global Spotify music team in 2019 where he works to create opportunities for songwriter, producers and publishers around the world.
