The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) Foundation is the leading business platform for the electronic music industry and the world’s largest club festival for electronic music and dance culture. With over 300 venues, 3.200 performing acts, and approximately 600.000 visits from music lovers and professionals worldwide, Amsterdam becomes the global hub for electronic music for five days.

An important pillar of ADE is the cultural program ‘Arts & Culture’, which features over 150 events ranging from unique performances at special locations and exhibitions on dance culture to an extensive film and documentary program, discussions, talks, and art installations.

The Internship:

Are you passionate about giving electronic music and dance culture a special place within ADE by promoting art, culture, and heritage? Are you a student who can maintain clarity and organization during busy times? Are you the link between marketing, production, ticketing, and event organizers, ensuring that all the right information is processed correctly? Then we are looking for you!

ADE's Arts & Culture department is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern.

You:

+ Have affinity with creative and cultural life (in Amsterdam);

+ Have affinity with the electronic dance industry and associated genres;

+ Are able to be flexible and you are creative in finding solutions;

+ Are punctual and independent;

+ Have a professional and proactive work attitude;

+ Experience with project management software and CRM systems is a plus;

+ Are currently enrolled in a study program that allows this internship. A minimum of Higher Professional Education (HBO) level is a plus;

+ Have understanding of Dutch and great communication skills (spoken and written) in English;

+ Live in or close to Amsterdam, and are available to work from our office in the North of Amsterdam.


Please note: Availability from May/June to November 2026 is required, including during the summer vacation. Exact start and end dates to be determined in consultation.
