Join us for the 2025 Annual General Meeting and Mixer, exclusively for members and invited guests of the Association for Electronic Music (AFEM).

Hear from guest speakers and the AFEM team as we share an overview of our work over the past year, introduce new initiatives, and look ahead to our plans for 2026.

The Annual General Meeting will begin at 5:00pm and run until 6:30pm, after which we move into our evening mixer, made possible with support from:

Please note: capacity is limited. Once reached, we will not be able to admit additional guests. A ticket does not guarantee entry if the venue is full, so we encourage you to arrive early for the AGM to secure your spot.

Important
: Entry is not through the hotel. Please use the entrance at Keizersgracht 440, where the guest list will be checked. If you attempt to enter through the hotel, you will be redirected around the building.

We do not sell ADE Conference only or Day Passes. The only way to get access to the ADE Pro Conference is the ADE Pro Pass.

Tickets for the specialist sessions, such as ADE Lab and ADE Green can be found on the ticket page.

Our conferences are accessible for all ages in general. Do note that when alcoholic beverages are served, access can be denied.
