Kicking off the program on the TNO Soundsystem at the ADE Culture Hub, Chinnamasta will guide you through a deep listening experience, exploring the rich sonic landscapes and diasporic journeys of Caribbean music. Through the powerful TNO Soundsystem, the session creates space to connect with the rhythmic legacies that have shaped generations, moving from the Atlantic to the Indian Ocean, from ritual to resistance, from vibration to liberation.
As an Amsterdam-based artist known for her fiery and intuitive connection to Caribbean sound culture, Chinnamasta shares more than just the sonic aspect during this session, integrating her knowledge and research on the music she plays. Expect an experience that sets the tone for the rhythms explored throughout the day and offers a deeper understanding of their roots and transformations along the way.
