Since re-inventing himself as a modular synth marvel, live performer on electronic instruments and explorative collaborator with numerous artistic pioneers, Utrecht-raid Colin Benders’ musical universe has expanded exponentially. After his ambitious and successful Etmaal weekender in TivoliVredenburg last February, Benders will curate a brand-new wondrous night at Melkweg's Rabozaal on the Thursday of Amsterdam Dance Event. The same room where he performed with the Metropole Orkest for the opening concert of ADE 2018, and the same room as the mind-boggling live a/v show of ADE 2019. Colin Benders Invites will build on this with a broad range of techno sounds - from featherlight pads to thumping kicks, experimental polyrhythms and new sense-tingling visuals by Boris Acket.
