Program Guide: ADE Green's 19 Sessions

Monday, 29 September 2025
ADE Green returns in less than 4 weeks, bringing 19 programs and more than 40 speakers together in a single day. With so much happening, it can be tricky to know who to see, where to go, and what to prioritize. Whether you’re looking for inspiration, practical insights, or strategies for driving real change in the electronic music industry, ADE Green offers a dynamic space to explore new pathways forward.

This year’s ADE Green program has been carefully compiled around big transitions happening in the electronic music industry, and is built upon four pillars: Building the Future Together, Real Sustainability Action, Responsible Leadership, and Sonic & Creative Explorations. Whether you arrive with a defined purpose or looking to be brought up to speed of what’s really happening behind the scenes around sustainability and social change, this program guide is your essential tool to navigate and maximize your ADE Green journey. We encourage you to attend at least one session from each category to gain a well-rounded understanding and create a foundation for impactful action.

Action

Real Sustainability Action

These sessions zoom in on the concrete steps festivals and cultural organisations are taking — and the barriers they face. From rethinking audience travel, to finding new kinds of partnerships, to experimenting with AI for environmental solutions, the programs here share case studies, strategies, and innovations that give actionable sustainability insights.

Leadership

Responsible Leadership

How do we act with integrity when money, politics, and cultural influence collide? These sessions take on the toughest questions: defining red lines in partnerships, confronting censorship, rethinking ownership, and embedding social responsibility in the DNA of organisations. The connecting thread is organisations under pressure — and what leadership could look like in uncertain times.

Get with the program!

There is plenty to choose from at ADE Green: for event organizers and producers with practical information needs, but also for artists, labels, creatives and music organizations that are looking for ways to make an impact and involve their audiences. Beyond a typical conference day, ADE Green unites passionate individuals, committed to catalyzing positive transformation through music.

The conference takes place at Felix Meritis on Friday, 24 October and is accessible with the ADE Pro Pass, or with the single-day ADE Green Pass. Since its first edition in 2012, ADE Green tends to sell out – so be sure to get your hands on a ticket before it's too late!
