If your ticket includes the ADE x G-STAR bag, you can collect this special item whilst picking up your badge & wristband at one of the Info & Ticket Desks.

Not every ticket includes the ADE x G-STAR bag.

Yes, the ADE Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events.

Be aware though that there are over 1,200 events during ADE that you can enter with the Pro Pass wristband and that ADE cannot guarantee access. There is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for Pro Pass holders. This means for some of the more crowded events you have to arrive early. Once capacity is reached, we will go over in a full-for-now policy. The festival event organizer will decide when and if more people are allowed to go in.

The ADE Pro Pass is the perfect fit if you are planning on enjoying the combination of day and night events. If you want guaranteed access to a particular festival event, we advise you to get a single festival ticket.

ADE is the umbrella organization for all participating festival events and venues. This means that the festival tickets are sold by the promoters independently. We advise to source the contat details on the venue's or promotor's website to contact them directly with your question.

The Sign-up Desk is open daily before the start of the general program for visitors who wish to register for specific ADE Lab sessions, such as the Open Booth, Demo Pitches and Workshops at Radio Radio.

The opening hours are as follows:

- Wednesday: 11:00 – 16:30
- Thursday: 10:00 – 16:00
- Friday: 10:00 – 16:00

Please note that the Info & Ticketing Desk for your wristand pick-up is located elsewhere. You are only able to sign up for the Open Booth, Demo Pitches and Workshops with a valid wristband. If you do not yet have your wristband, please go to the Info & Ticketing Desk first.

ADE encourages to Celebrate Safe. However, in case you end up needing medical help during your stay in Amsterdam, you can consult the practioners at Touristdoc in the City Center. The clinic is open daily throughout the festival from 8.00 to 20.00 for anyone who does not have a doctor in Amsterdam.• If you have a valid European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) there will not be any costs associated with your visit.• It is not necessary to make an appointment, you may walk in and will be seen in order of urgency.

We do not sell ADE Conference only or Day Passes. The only way to get access to the ADE Pro Conference is the ADE Pro Pass.

Haven't received your ticket(s) or cannot find them? You can easily find them by following the steps on this page.

NOTE: This leads you to a page of the Weeztix website, where you can find your ADE passes, as well as some ADE festival tickets - only if the tickets of the event are sold via ticket provider Weeztix.

Yes, the ADE Passes are personal tickets and therefore have to be personalised. It is mandatory to show your ID/passport during pick-up. Your items cannot be picked up by someone else.

In case you've bought an ADE Pro Pass, after personalization you'll get access to our online delegates database, you will be able to attend the full ADE conference, and you will receive a badge and wristband that grants access to the full ADE festival program.

Cancellation of conference tickets is possible until one month prior to ADE, 22nd of September. Please be aware that we charge €25,- service costs, as stated in our terms & conditions.

You can send your cancellation request to [email protected].

Please mention the following details in your email: order ID, your name and the email you purchased the ticket(s) with.

When you make your order you can personalise your conference tickets straight away or decide to do so later. Please make sure to personalise your tickets as soon as possible to get access to the online delegate database and access to ADE in October.

Be aware: unpersonalised tickets will not receive access to events.

Once your ADE Pro Pass is personalised, it is no longer possible to change the name on (one of) the ticket(s) yourself. You can send a request to [email protected] to check the possibilities.

Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive include a specific guideline for (international) events, stating VAT must be charged in the country where the actual event takes place.

- Business to customers (B2C) services relating to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar activities will be taxed at the place where those activities actually take place [Article 54 of the VAT Directive].

- Business to business (B2B) services in respect of admission to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar events will be taxed at the place where those events actually take place [Article 53 of the VAT Directive].

Please refer to your tax advisors to check if/how the tax can be (partially) reclaimed.

ADE is the umbrella organization for all participating festival events and venues. This means that the festival tickets are sold by the promoters independently. We advise to source the contat details on the venue's or promotor's website to contact them directly with your question.

Good to know is that ADE is the ‘umbrella’ of all participating festival events and venues. This means that ADE oversees the programs the venues/promotes curate, but we do not make the actual bookings for the events' lineups. Therefore, we unfortunately do not have an in-house booker that we can connect you to.

We advise you to reach out to venues/events yourself, as this will increase the chances of being booked a lot more. When you’re booked at an official ADE venue, you’re automatically part of our full ADE line-up

Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.

Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is the most upfront, influential and educational gathering for electronic music and its industry. With its conference, festival and educational breeding ground, ADE is able to create not only the biggest yearly industry tent-pole moment, but also a solid foundation for future generations of electronic music professionals.
