Yamina (HU)

Yamina is one of Hungary’s top DJs, who is capable of hyping up the audience. Her radio mixes are very popular among listeners who just want to leave their everyday problems and reality behind. She is adored both by professionals and the club-goers and it shows in the awards: in 2017 she was voted best DJ in Europe’s biggest DJ competition, NYDJAY, and in 2019 she received „Mainstream DJ of the Year” at the Ballantine’s Music awards by the fans of the genre. It’s easy to call Yamina’s life dreamlike: once she was dismissed as a „noisy energy bomb”, but nowadays she is respected and she works really hard so she can give 100% both in her music and performances. She gave such a spectacular show in 2015 at Sziget Festival’s Arena, that she was instantly invited to Balaton Sound to perform in front of 8000 people the next year with a line-up consisting of Oliver Heldens, Timmy Trumpet, Will Parks, Dyro and others. She also performed at the world-famous Boothaus in Cologne, Germany alongside Borgore and Dillon Francis.
