Terry Tyldesley (GB)

Terry Tyldesley (aka Kat Five) is an artist, producer and music tech consultant who champions ethical tech.

She is a regular speaker on AI and Music including on BBC TV, founded inclusive music and tech site Kitmonsters, and tests new music tech such as AI tools.

A former chair of ethical music streaming co-operative Resonate, she tutored on the JUMP EU Music Market Accelerator, produced and curated Music Tech Fest in Berlin, and developed ethical tech hackathons for the co-operative movement in the UK.

Described by Loud Women as a 'techno-goth genius', she creates glitchy electronica, both solo and with her band Feral Five. Their acclaimed AI-infused album Truth Is The New Gold is out on Reckless Yes, featured on BBC 6 Music, Radio X and beyond, and was one of Louder Than War’s Albums of the Year.
