If you've heard of him, though, chances are it's through his recent work: His UK funky-influenced house as part of the Deep Teknologi crew, the Italo-baiting vocal anthem "Heartbeat" or even his storming breakbeat blitz "Break Broke." All have come out on Tom Lea's Local Action label, an imprint whose own aesthetic is stubbornly indefinable outside of its own reliable cleverness. You could say the same about Williams, really.
