His love for dj-ing and vinyl started with an old Technics turntable from his mother that he used to play records with as a kid. He was always fascinated by the dj's on TV with the way they would scratch the records. When seeing a dj for the first time playing in a club he knew it that he wants to rock the crowd with the music that he plays. At first his music style was strictly Hip-hop and R&B. But when he fell in love with UK Garage, it made him open minded for all kinds of dance music. DJ SteveZ has been rocking parties since 2001 in the Netherlands. From Asian parties to Hip Hop parties. From Amsterdam to Zoetermeer. And internationally: Germany, Sweden and Hong Kong.
