Cooking and good food have always been important to Samuel Levie. Since he was 17 years old, he and his good friends Jiri and Geert worked in the kitchen of several restaurants in Amsterdam. Soon after that, they started their own sausage company Brandt & Levie.
Samuel is an ambassador for a good, clean and fair food system. He started the Youth Food Movement in 2010 and Food Cabinet in 2012, a project- and campaigning agency that specializes in food issues.
