Refraction (IT)

Refraction is a DJ / producer born and raised in Napoli (Italy). He approaches with music when he was 15 years old attending parties in his hometown at disco Metropolis with "Angels of Love" doing also PR for some year. Influenced by the old school formed by artists like Roger Sanchez, Tedd Patterson, Danny Howells, Francois K, Carl Cox just to name a few, he decides to create his own musical dimension to give a life to his creativity and emotions. He is a versatile artist, his sound is particularly characterized by experimental sounds and FX, different grooves and structures, dark, brooding and creepy atmospheres paired with strong, weighty and rolling basslines. Refraction released in label as Sci + Tec Digital Audio (Dubfire's label), Audio Elite, Amazing Records, Alleanza, Natura Viva, Groovant Music, Stick Recordings, Sui Generiz, refused., Black Swan Recordings to name a few, supported by the biggest artists on the scene as Richie Hawtin, Dubfire, Marco Bailey, Sian, Karotte, Troy Pierce, Pig & Dan, Arjun Vagal, Sinisa Tamamovic, Macromism etc. He continues his everyday musical journey exploring and researching new realities and sounds to elevate his profile.
