Panos Vasilonikolos, better known as Pansil, was born and raised in Athens. Pansil is adored for his talented DJ skill feeling to make all the people dancing on the venue. He has been an established music producer personality in a variety of major markets including Ibiza, London, Miami, Netherlands, Denmark, Greece, Italy, USA. His musical studies on Classical & Symphonic Orchestral Repertoire in percussion instruments in Ionian University gave him an open range in music thinking. Also, his Master Degree on “Music, Culture and Communication” by National University of Athens, is an extra tool.
Also, he has been collaborated with some of the big Classical Symphonic Orchestras in Athens & the French Baroque Music Ensemble “Almazis” as a principal timpanist & played with them in big venues & festivals such as Megaron Athens, SGT Onassis Foundation, National University of Athens, International Music Festival in Corfu & Volos. His released tracks have been supported on the radios not only all over Greece, but also in Europe & UAE, Radio stations such as Music 89,2 FM the biggest radio in Athens, Mad Radio 106,2 FM, Ibiza Global Radio, Kiss FM UK, Tomorrowland One World Radio. We could listen to his tracks on the official Spotify Playlist of the famous clothing brand of ZARA. Also, Pansil's tracks have been loved & supported by huge names in EDM scene such as Diplo, Tiesto, Oliver Heldens, Bingo Players, DJ Juicy M, Lumberjack, Nora En Pure, EDX, Kid Massive, Stonebridge, Acraze etc.
Most of his tracks have been chosen on some of the best-selling compilations all over the globe. & they have been added on Spotify’s official editorial playlists “New Music Friday” in Netherlands, Belgium, Greece etc. His latest track “Tonight”, has been signed on Toolroom Records & has been adored by a big variety of great DJs all over the globe. Also, some big labels where he released his music are Let There Be House Music in the UK, Sony Music, Enormous Tunes, one of the biggest Swiss Dance Label, Warner Music Denmark, Jango Music in France, Soave Records, etc. His remix on legendary Eddie Chacon’s "Rumors or Lies?" of the world's hit single Duet "Charles & Eddie - Would I Lie to You", has been appreciated & praised by music magazines & radio stations & released by Warner Music. Also, he created the music of the official launch TV & radio spot of Smashbox Cosmetics LA in Greece. One of the biggest moments in 2019 was that he signed on Sony Music with his official remix on Gil Glaze's hit single "Vertigo". On the other hand, he played music for the official launch party of "Kilian's Luxury Perfumes”, in Athens Greece.
One of the most impressive moment, nowadays, is that he created the musical environment to Vassilios Kostetsos (one of the best selling international fashion designer) latest Fashion Show "L'Olympien", into the Ancient Market in Athens. Historical moment!
Finally, he has been collaborated with the top greek radio producers Maggie Charalambidou, Alexandros Christopoulos & he creates the unique music environment & original music themes for the famous fashion designer Vassilios Kostetsos in his fashion shows for the last 3 years. We can listen to his very own “Playroom” Radioshow every Monday on NRJ Cyprus at 23:00 - 00:00 (GMT + 2). Also, he composes film & cinematic music themes & he is a Classical Percussion & Drums Professor at Conservatories & Music Schools in Athens.
