Natalia Romiszewski (US)

A music industry veteran, Natalia heads up music strategy and fan engagement initiatives at Consensys, the leading global blockchain technology company. She also looks after rising star DJ, Chloe Caillet, who just completed summer residencies at Pacha, Ibiza alongside of Dixon and Ushuaia with Nic Fancuili. Before A&R’ing technology products, Natalia was head of A&R and Publishing at Three Six Zero Group, home to artists such as Calvin Harris, Deadmua5, Frank Ocean and Travis Scott. Best known for bringing Lorde to Lava/Republic Records (UMG), Natalia served as Director of A&R handling all artist development efforts at the label. Prior to her A&R career, she worked as a music supervisor for many years overseeing music for video games, commercials and Sonic Branding for consumer brands and broadcast networks.
