Mikaela Jav (RU)

MIKAELA JAV is originally from Russia but living in London since her early age. She is Dj and Founder of “Love The Underground” label, a new project born in her mind when she came to Ibiza for the first time 3 years ago and experienced the underground music. Thanks to Ibiza she discovered a strong passion for this kind of music and decided to devote her life and work to it. Underground is more than just a genre of music. It’s a vibe! A feeling! And “Love The Underground” as a newly established record label has the goal to educate and share the raw talent of the underground music world, growing and spreading this passion universally. Its mission is to let people know about it. Through the label, the Djs and the new releases in program Mikaela wants to transmit her love and dedication for it. The launch of the label took place at Sands beach club, in Playa d’en Bossa (Ibiza), with very special guests. During summer 2014 Mikaela has also been collaborating with N&D, sharing the same concept and passion, presenting with the team a weekly radio show on Ibiza Global Radio and playing for the closing party of ¡Ámame!, their One Night at Downtown Ibiza by Cipriani, in collaboration with minimarket Recordings and Dj Alfred Azzetto.
